ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Role in the Production Team:
● To honor God and exhibit great integrity in all matters-both work and personal issues
● To be a disciple of Christ that will make disciples who make disciples
● To be unified with the church staff in carrying out God’s vision for Glen Meadows
● To be a servant leader to the volunteers that serve on the Production Team
● To foster an expectation of excellence in the production of all events and services at Glen Meadows
Your Responsibilities as Production Coordinator:
● Assist in the maintenance of the technical production systems of Glen Meadows
● Operate the systems for services and events held at Glen Meadows facilities, as needed
● Ensure all systems for all services and other scheduled events are prepared for Team operators
● Train potential Team members to operate the systems for services and other events
● Perform other duties as assigned/requested by the Production Director, Executive Pastor, or Senior Pastor
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
● Experience in live production of any amount is required, at least 1 year is preferred
● Education or certification in live production, media creation, or IT is preferred but not required
● Candidates must pass a background check for duties involving minors
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
● Chroma-Q Vista lighting software
● ProPresenter presentation software
● Allen & Heath audio systems (DLive, Avantis, and SQ Series)
● Blackmagic Design ATEM family of video hardware
● Dante digital audio
● NDI digital video
● Computer networking in a mixed Mac-Windows environment
ADDITIONAL NOTES
● Must not be afraid of heights or of small crawl spaces
● Must be able to lift 50 lbs and carry it short distances
